Code of ethics of the sophrologist

Article 1: The sophrologist practitioner commits himself to be in the service of the individual and to exercise his mission in the respect of the human life, the person and his dignity.

Article 3: The practitioner sophrologist commits himself strictly respecting the professional secrecy, instituted in the interest of his customer. The secrecy covers
all that came to the knowledge of the sophrologist in the exercise of its profession, i.e. not only what was entrusted to him, but
also what it saw, heard or understood.

Article 4: The practitioner sophrologist is committed protecting against any indiscretion the documents of anamnesis concerning the people whom it accompanies or to accompany and this whatever the

Article 7: The sophrologist practitioner is committed to avoid any propaganda or religious or ideological proselytizing within his office or
places of intervention. The sophrologist practitioner commits himself to exclude and to track down any sectarian drift of which he could be witness.

Article 8: The sophrologist practitioner commits himself never to leave a correct and attentive attitude towards the accompanied person.

Article 9: The practitioner sophrologist makes a commitment if he is brought to accompany a person deprived of freedom or to him directly or indirectly,
never to encourage or support an attack on the physical or mental integrity of this person or his dignity.

Article 10: The sophrologist practitioner commits himself to determine his remuneration with tact and measure and to claim it only on the occasion of sessions
actually carried out.

Article 11 : The sophrologist undertakes to respond to any request for prior information and explanation on its rates.

Article 12 : The sophrologist undertakes to propose the contact of different colleagues as soon as the circumstances require it. If he does not believe
to give his approval to the choice of the subject, he can recuse himself and can also advise to resort to another consultant, as he must do it in the absence of choice expressed by the person.

Article 13: In the interest of the persons, the sophrologist practitioner commits himself to maintain good relations with the professions of health which the person

Article 18: The sophrologist practitioner commits himself to respect his professional ethics and the confidentiality of what is said, heard or understood,
when it intervenes under the authority of a company or an organization.
